Slipping away

Since I've made the decision to take a new job and move, time just seems to be slipping away so quickly. At least I've turned in my notice on my apartment. It will cost me $190 rent for 6 days in June on this place, for which I probably won't even be here. That seems criminal.

There doesn't seem to be enough money to make all this work either.

Well, I will try to tell you all the rest of the story about Friday night. I'm just not going to get it done this morning.

The world has suddenly become an exciting and crazy place.

I think your secret is safe here Tish. After all, no one actually reads anything on this site.

Right everyone?

Pishaw! G-Man,
Whadaya mean no one reads this site? Seems to me you have quite a few regulars checking up on you!

Myself included. Unless you were making a joke, and I just didn't get it??? :-(

Which is totally possible under the circumstances! I qualify right now as the temporarily insane.

Excited for your move G-man! :-)
In a sense it's kinda the end of an era, for me. Your beautiful Palm Springs is what motivated my move to the SW from the NW. And now you're headed back to the NW! :-)

Keepp us updated when you can!

I'm so happy you got the job you've been wanting and now get to move back to your home state! Sounds like life is going to take some exciting turns for you. Although I just got to "know" you I'll still miss your regular posts. Maybe you could be like my Sunday paper and post once a week? No pressure, though, you got enough right now.
